Exclusive stay arrangement for direct contacts of the owners

This offer is exclusively for partners and direct contacts of the property owners as part of a commercial service provision at discounted VIP prices.
This is not a public short-term rental, but the provision of accommodation services in the private Sun Garden resort.
A proper invoice will be issued for all services.

Services included in the price:
  • Cleaning: Professional apartment cleaning provided before your arrival.
  • Regular service: For stays longer than 7 days, cleaning, change of bed linen and towels are included.
  • Equipment: Bed linen, towels, beach towels and beach loungers are fully available to guests.
Apartment parameters and layout:
  • Area: Total 96 m² (71 m² interior + 25 m² terrace with sea view).
  • Interior space: Bedroom with double bed, living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen (including coffee maker and dishes), bathroom and separate toilet.
  • Parking: Private parking space in the garage directly in the building.
Resort facilities and sports activities:
  • Private area: Quiet and clean environment, access only for accommodated guests.
  • Directly in the building: Outdoor pool (open 1. 4. – 15. 11.), fitness center and bicycle storage.
  • Immediate surroundings: Professional fitness, paddle courts, playground, restaurants and shops directly in front of the building.
  • Distance to the sea: 100 meters to the beach.
Accessibility and transport:
  • Malaga Center: 40 minutes by car.
  • Malaga Airport: 45 minutes drive (taxi possible for 67 EUR).
  • Rental: Possibility to rent a car for a VIP price of 20 EUR/day or free use of bicycles.
Tips for trips in the area:
  • Nerja Caves: The largest cave system in the world (10 min by car).
  • Frigiliana: Historical mountain village (20 min by car).
  • Sierra Nevada (Pradollano): Ski resort, 140 km of slopes (90 min by car).
Operating rules:

  • Quiet hours: Must be observed between 22:00 – 09:00.
  • Restrictions: Prohibition of noisy celebrations and bachelor/bachelorette parties. Guests under 18 years of age only when accompanied by parents.
