Recommended parking

We provide parking right by the building by prior arrangement. Otherwise we recommend one of the nearby car parks – vehicle access to the centre of Karlovy Vary is restricted:

Nábřeží Jana Palacha and Varšavská street — paid on-street parking zones right by the apartments, convenient for arrival and short-term parking.
Libušina Parking House — closest to the spa centre, open non-stop. A few minutes’ walk to the colonnades and the Hot Spring; the Imperial funicular departs right by the garage (also handy for Apartment Balconies on Zámecký vrch).
Underground garages at Milady Horákové Square — the largest underground garages in town, staffed and open non-stop.

The first nonstop automated shop in the centre of Karlovy Vary

IMPERIAL MARKET 24/7 is the first automated shop in the centre of Karlovy Vary. You will find it in the building at Zámecký vrch 412/13, directly below the Balconies apartment. It is open around the clock and unstaffed. Its three vending machines offer gifts, bouquets, chilled drinks and snacks, and Lavazza bean coffee in a cup to take away. Payment is by card or phone.
